The Arab America Foundation (AAF) National Mentorship Network connects accomplished Arab American professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, executives, graduate degree holders, community leaders, and AAF awardees with Arab American students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders across the United States.
Through mentorship, leadership development, and professional networking, AAF is strengthening the next generation of Arab American leaders—one mentor, one mentee, and one success story at a time.
Who Can Participate?
Mentors
Accomplished Arab Americans who are committed to sharing their experience, encouraging others, and giving back to the community.
Mentees
Arab American high school and college students, graduate students, recent graduates, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders seeking guidance, encouragement, and professional growth.
How the AAF National Mentorship Network Works
• Complete the Mentor or Mentee Application.
• AAF thoughtfully matches mentors and mentees based on education, career interests, experience, location, and goals.
• Mentor-mentee pairs meet virtually throughout the year to build relationships, develop leadership skills, and expand the national Arab American network.
Mentor Commitment
• Participate in up to six virtual mentorship sessions annually.
• Communicate with your mentee approximately 1–2 hours per month.
• Encourage, inspire, and help shape the next generation of Arab American leaders.
